Schneider Electric has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Segment Executive responsible for the Cloud and Service Providers (C&SPs) segment accounts in the MEA region.

The successful candidate will work closely with end user target accounts within Cloud & Service Providers to achieve order targets across all business units & Schneider Electric solutions/services. The target customers will mainly be global internet giants.

Main activities will include:

  1. Developing and deploying a strategy for Schneider Electric to drive profitable growth within the C&SP segment in the region.
  2. Collaborating with global and regional account leaders to ensure regional alignment with global objectives.
  3. Coordinating activities across this segment, including commercial efforts, alliances, and offer development.
  4. Promoting the segment's value proposition to increase Schneider Electric's share of voice and wallet in this space.

Additional responsibilities include:

  1. Working with the local Schneider Electric organization to map and orchestrate coverage for subsegments across target accounts.
  2. Generating and delivering sales presentations, acting as a segment/subject matter expert regionally.
  3. Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with executive decision-makers and C-suite within target accounts, supporting account planning and maximizing share of wallet.
  4. Managing sales forecasts and regional sales/orders funnel.
  5. Developing and implementing sales strategies for individual opportunities.
  6. Understanding the budgets and key priorities of target accounts.
  7. Analyzing feasibility assessments and bid/contract documents.

This role might be suitable for you if:

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in business or engineering.
  • You have experience selling IT, data center, or telco IT hardware solutions and services.
  • You have 7-10 years of end user target account sales experience with proven results in pipeline creation and project wins. Certification in solution selling and experience in the data center space are preferred.
  • You are fluent in English; Arabic speaking is desirable.
  • You are proactive, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated.
  • You are well-organized with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You are impactful and performance-oriented.
  • You are a relationship builder.
  • You have a good understanding of the end user, consultant, general contractor, and M&E ecosystems.
  • You are customer-focused and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • You have previous experience working with top C&SP or telecommunication companies and a good understanding of IoT, sustainability, Schneider Electric solutions, and cloud technologies, with references.
