Job summary

Egis Group is seeking a Regional Service Line Director to lead the Service Line’s activities across the Middle East & South Asia, aligning with global strategy and delivering full P&L responsibility including orders, profitability and DSO.

The role requires close collaboration with country directors, regional commercial teams, tender unit, marketing, and finance to drive financial and operational excellence in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Experience in P&L management and financial planning.
• Experience in strategic planning and project execution.
• Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
• Proven ability to communicate with government officials and clients.
• Experience with nuclear engineering projects.
• Ability to develop and deliver professional presentations.

Responsibilities

• Establish effective regional service line organizational structure and skill base.
• Develop region-based business plans.
• Maximize financial results of the service line within the region.
• Lead P&L forecasting and budgeting.
• Oversee staffing, talent management and mobility.
• Plan and implement strategic marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with HR, Tender Unit, and country managing directors.
• Ensure service performance and cost-effective resource management.
• Foster safety, innovation and continuous improvement within nuclear engineering.
