Job summary

BMW Group is seeking a Manager Incident & Investigation Management in Dubai to lead security investigations regionally, ensure governance, and optimise incident response across the Middle East. You will collaborate with regional stakeholders, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement of incident management practices.

The role requires 6–8 years in security or investigations, strong leadership, and cross‑functional collaboration across HR, Legal, and Audit teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in security management, criminal justice, risk management, or related field.
• Minimum 6-8 years of progressive experience in corporate security, investigations, compliance, or risk management.
• Ongoing professional development in investigations, incident management and evidence handling.
• Formal investigative training in law enforcement, military, government, or corporate programmes is advantageous.
• Professional certifications in investigations, security, risk management are desirable (ISO 27001, ISO 31000, ASIS CPP/PSP, NEBOSH).

Responsibilities

• Act as principal regional lead for security-related investigations and governance.
• Cascade investigation- and incident-management governance requirements to BMW locations.
• Lead full incident lifecycle: capture, triage, root-cause analysis, corrective actions and trend analysis.
• Manage CSIM tools and system compliance across the regional office.
• Cooperate with Group Security investigations specialists and external stakeholders.
• Travel extensively across the region and support multi-role country-champion models.
