Job summary

Pirelli & C. S.p.A. invites an experienced Senior Corporate Security leader to oversee security operations for the MEAI region from Dubai.

The role reports to the local CEO and works with Global Security, coordinating with functions across production, logistics and HR while managing security staff and infrastructure. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in corporate security, a military or police background, and fluency in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of corporate security experience in industrial or production sectors.
• Military or Police background – mandatory.
• Fluency in Arabic and English – mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement Pirelli's Security Management System for the region.
• Conduct threat, vulnerability, and risk assessments for facilities, personnel, and operations.
• Manage physical security programs including guarding, access control, and surveillance.
• Coordinate security intelligence activities and provide timely reporting on threats.
• Support protection of expatriates, executives, and international travelers.
