About the position

As Regional Sales Manager, you willindependently manage sales presentations, contracts, and proposals. You willnegotiate offers including prices, delivery times, and terms. You willcontribute to strategy development and implement it to reach strategic goals.You will identify upgrading opportunities and use digital tools to attract newcustomers.

Main responsibilities
  • Develop strategic goals for the Sales Area andbreak them into actionable sales and development activities.
  • Planand execute work to implement the Area strategy, including customer meetingsand follow-ups.
  • Independently set up sales presentations,contracts, and proposals; negotiate offers and monitor credit terms.
  • Must be able to get measurements on site andable to put them into AutoCad and make the estimation and later to offer.
  • Develop new leads and opportunities forupgrading to Special Steels in strategic segments.
  • Continuously improve sales processes anddocument customer activities in Salesforce.
  • Ensure sustainable business practices alignedwith SSAB’s code of conduct.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and buildpositive relationships.
  • Refer customer feedback and competitorinformation to relevant internal teams.
About You
  • University degree in Engineering (preferablyMechanical, Civil, etc.).
  • At least 4 years of experience in valuecreation sales.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, andnegotiation skills in English and preferably local language
  • Very good negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of business, finance, andstrategic thinking.
