With a core focus on quality, customization, and innovation, Gui Tea serves a wide range of B2B clients including bubble tea chains, coffee shops, bakeries, catering services, and beverage factories.
The Regional Sales Manager mainly develops local corporate clients in the F&B industry, catering industry, and baking industry, doing customization and wholesale. Responsibilities include collecting and providing client feedback to the R&D department of Gui Tea in China mainland, building a team based on market development, creating sales plans and budgets, proposing product development plans covering teas, foods, and beverages, establishing customer profiles, visiting key customers regularly, handling complaints and demands, and maintaining long-term cooperative relationships.
Additional duties involve dealing with import & export business as needed, participating in exhibitions, business negotiations, and other activities to promote cooperation on major projects. The role also includes preparing market development reports, updating progress, and presenting monthly sales performance to the Vice President overseeing the overseas market.
The candidate should develop and execute business and marketing strategies, identify growth opportunities, and implement profitability objectives to ensure sustainable sales growth.
