Job description

Liebherr Middle East FZE, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is responsible for sales and service of the product range of Construction Machinery, Mobile Cranes, Tower Cranes, Maritime Cranes, and supply of Aircraft Components.

Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Account Management
  2. Maintain relationships with key accounts in the Middle East — primarily in the UAE. Develop account plans based on existing needs and upcoming projects. Prepare and execute the sales strategy in coordination with the Head of Sales.

  3. Sales Management of the UAE
  4. Lead all sales activities in the UAE for Construction Machinery, including Lifting Crawler Cranes (LR Series), Duty Cycle Crawler Cranes (HS Series), and Foundation Equipment (LB & LRB Series). Manage ongoing sales projects, meet with potential new customers, follow up on leads, close deals, track market trends (e.g., new infrastructure developments, oil and gas projects), and prepare quotations in alignment with the Head of Sales and other Liebherr Divisions to optimize the chances of successful closure. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports on the market and key customers. Ensure that sales efforts align with the overall strategy of Liebherr Middle East.

  5. Team Supervision & Coaching
  6. Supervise the Sales Manager and all other sales staff in the team. Coach, guide, and support team members.

  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  8. Coordinate with other departments such as Marketing, Product Management, and Service & Spare Parts within the organization.
