Job Description

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager in Dubai.

About The Job

As our regional sales manager, your main focus will be to strengthen and develop Kvadrat's position and visibility in the contract market, increase sales, identify new clients, and support and advise existing clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Advising an extensive and competent customer base in textiles and acoustics
  • Creating detailed project specifications and generating sales from projects
  • Strengthening and developing our position in the contract sales market
  • Consulting key stakeholders within the A&D community and end-users
  • Closing new and existing projects and increasing the project portfolio
  • Managing the entire B2B contract sales process from inception to completion, including specification, follow-up, project management, and negotiation
  • Providing detailed product knowledge and helping clients explore possibilities within our textile and acoustic collections
  • Supporting designers and contractors in re-specification or value engineering

  • You are an enthusiastic team player with good interpersonal skills
  • You can multi-task and manage a wide variety of daily tasks

  • You have talent for problem solving and creating ideas for improvements
Qualifications And Competencies
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, including meeting facilitation
  • Project management skills: ability to involve and communicate with networks, ensure project inflow and closing, analyze project conditions
  • Strong negotiation skills: ability to read situations and turn negotiations into win/win outcomes
  • Planning skills: ability to focus, prioritize, and implement using tools like business intelligence and key account plans
  • Good relationship-building and networking skills
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3 years relevant work experience in the Middle East, ideally from the design industry and similar roles
