Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Regional Market Development:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies specific to the region to drive revenue growth and market penetration in the renewable energy sector.

    • Identify new business opportunities, expand market share, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers within the region.

    • Monitor regional market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adjust strategies and ensure a competitive edge.

  • Team Leadership & Management:

    • Lead, mentor, and manage a regional sales team to meet or exceed sales goals.

    • Set clear sales targets, performance metrics, and expectations for the team.

    • Provide ongoing coaching and development to sales representatives, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to succeed.

  • Client Management & Business Development:

    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, including utility companies, project developers, contractors, and government entities.

    • Lead high-value negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements with clients.

    • Represent the company at industry events, regional conferences, and meetings to enhance brand visibility and promote solutions.

  • Financial & Sales Performance Tracking:

    • Develop and manage the regional sales budget, tracking and optimizing performance to meet financial targets.

    • Regularly report on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback to senior management.

    • Work closely with the finance team to ensure profitability and manage pricing models for products and services.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement regional campaigns and promotional activities tailored to local market needs.

    • Work closely with engineering, project management, and operations teams to ensure customer projects are delivered on time and exceed expectations.

    • Act as the primary point of contact between regional clients and the company’s internal departments.
