Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our growth across the Middle East and African (MEA) markets. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for driving enterprise sales, developing strong client relationships, and expanding Pratra’s regional presence.

You will own revenue targets, manage the end-to-end sales cycle, and collaborate with global sales and product teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the travel technology landscape, strong B2B sales experience, and a proven ability to manage high-value accounts across diverse geographies.

  1. Drive new business acquisition and grow existing accounts across the MEA region.
  2. Position and sell Pratra’s suite of travel technology solutions to Travel Management Companies and corporate clients.
  3. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and deliver consistent results.
  4. Manage the complete sales cycle: from lead generation and qualification to demos, proposals, negotiation, and closure.
  5. Collaborate with SDRs and demand generation teams to progress leads through the funnel.
  6. Represent Pratra at regional events, client meetings, and product presentations.
  7. Maintain CRM hygiene and provide timely updates on sales activities and forecasts.
  8. Offer market insights and client feedback to inform product and marketing strategies.

Skills

  1. 6–10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in travel technology or enterprise SaaS.
  2. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in the MEA region.
  3. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  4. Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic or French is a strong advantage.
  5. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) and outreach platforms (e.g., Apollo.io) is preferred.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
