Black & Grey HR is hiring for a leading Cybersecurity company in Dubai UAE. Our client is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales and marketing efforts across the Middle East specializing in Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in BFSI government and commercial sectors deep expertise in cybersecurity compliance frameworks and a proven track record in closing highvalue deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales business development and marketing strategies to expand the companys GRC footprint across the Middle East.
Identify and secure new business opportunities building longterm relationships with Clevel executives and key decisionmakers.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and proposal preparation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
Oversee and maintain a robust sales pipeline tracking key performance metrics and providing insights to leadership.
Ensure compliance with regional regulations and internal policies related to cybersecurity and GRC.
Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking engagements to enhance brand visibility.
Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing IT or a related field.
5 years of experience in sales and business development within the cybersecurity industry focusing on GRC solutions in the UAE and Middle East.
Strong network and experience in multinational cybersecurity firms.
Deep knowledge of compliance frameworks including PCI DSS ISO 27001 ISO 27701 and SOC 2.
Proven ability to engage with Csuite executives and close highvalue enterprise deals.
Expertise in CRM software Microsoft Office Suite and other sales tools.
Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation skills with strong stakeholder management.
Highly selfmotivated resultsdriven and capable of working independently or within a team.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
Valid UAE driving license with a willingness to travel within the region for client meetings and industry events.
