About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Architectural Sales Head to spearhead our sales initiatives across the Middle East, with a primary focus on the UAE market. The ideal candidate will possess strategic acumen, deep industry expertise, and a robust network among architects, builders, and project managers. A proven track record in sales leadership and business development within the architectural films segment is essential.

You will be responsible for defining and executing growth strategies, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and driving both volume and value growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Business Development

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the architectural films segment.
  • Drive market share growth through strategic planning, channel development, and white-label partnerships
  • Lead efforts to acquire new dealers and direct customers in collaboration with distributors and customer sales representatives.

Channel Expansion & Key Account Management

  • Expand distributor and dealer networks through field visits and relationship-building initiatives.
  • Forge and nurture strong relationships with architects, builders, government agencies, and project management firms.
  • Lead negotiations and service agreements with white-box customers and major suppliers.
  • Marketing & Market Intelligence

  • Collaborate with marketing to design impactful promotional campaigns tailored to the architectural market.
  • Leverage market intelligence to guide strategic decisions and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Performance & Compliance

  • Achieve sales, acquisition, and revenue targets with strict adherence to corporate policies.
  • Deliver on direct customer acquisition, dealer acquisition, and new dealership targets.
  • Drive the implementation of marketing-driven sales actions

  • Required Qualifications & Experience

    Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Experience

  • 8–10 above years of sales experience in the Middle East market, preferably in architectural films, window films, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals and managing large client portfolios.
  • Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of the architectural and construction ecosystem in the Middle East.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the Middle East.
