Job description

The Regional Sales Manager, Aftermarket position will be based in Dammam and is a pivotal role in delivering growth of PI’s Parts and Service offerings across all end-markets served by the business. Reporting to the Global Aftermarket Manager, the incumbent will collaborate with all key regional stakeholders to execute the growth strategies that will focus on delivering growth in spare parts, whilst delivering exceptional customer service tailored to improve overall profitability of the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working with the Sales and Service Teams, develop and implement a lead and sales development strategy that identifies customer needs based on installed analyzers, age, duty, serviceability and up-time requirements. All initiatives will be designed to improve the volume of spare parts and secure preventative maintenance programs that improves direct sales and sales through regional channel partners.
  • Working with the service team to build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business that improves customer satisfaction.
  • Perform duties as directed by the Manager, Global Aftermarket

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Marketing, or Physics.
  • 5+ years or more in sales of instrumentation into industrial markets.
  • 5+ years in sales management as regional or district sales engineer.
  • Possess knowledge of process analyzers and applications in major industry markets.
  • Travel commitments : approximately 50% of domestic and regional / international travel
