We invite you to join Howden Middle East in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) as the Regional Sales Manager, based in Egypt. You will be responsible for delivering profitable growth by providing our customers with valued solutions and support. This includes managing Howden's business in the defined territory/market, developing relevant business and sales plans aligned with Howden's strategic initiatives (DDA, LTSA, cross-selling, and upselling), budgets, and product and market forecasts. You will support key customers and develop new ones, providing insights into customer/market opportunities, data, competitive intelligence, and trends. Your role involves developing and executing the external sales strategy, focusing on being customer-focused, innovative, proactive, and responsive. You will create and develop a collaborative network between Howden MEA and main market players (end users, EPCs, local service centers, distributors, and agents), leveraging relationships, marketplace knowledge, and Howden’s products and services. The goal is to grow Howden’s business across all sectors in the assigned territory, with particular focus on PCOG, Steel, Power, and Cement sectors.
The position involves traveling within Egypt.
