About Our Client

Our client is a global leader in industrial health diagnostics, specializing in machine diagnostics and predictive maintenance.

Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Drive the acquisition of new clients and expand the company’s footprint in the EMEA region, focusing on solution-based sales.
  • Hunting: Identify and engage with potential customers, develop strategies to penetrate new markets, and establish long-term client relationships.
  • Regional Focus: Experience in the African market is a MUST.
  • Allocate 30% focus to the GCC region and 70% to Africa, ensuring tailored strategies for each market.
  • Industry Expertise: Leverage strong connections within the industrial and process industries. Present solutions effectively to stakeholders in the manufacturing sector.
  • Solution Sales: Utilize a consultative sales approach to address client challenges and align company solutions with their needs.
  • Travel Requirements: Be willing and able to travel up to 90% of the time across the EMEA region to meet clients and close deals.
  • Understand the basics of predictive maintenance and how it applies to the manufacturing sector. Prior experience in this domain is a significant advantage.

Requirements:

  • Exp: 8-11 Years in sales.
  • Proven track record in solution sales within the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
  • Established a network within the industrial and process industries in EMEA.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to identify & capitalize on opportunities in diverse markets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-driven, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages spoken in the EMEA region are advantageous.
