A newly created role as part of our recent refresh of the 2030 strategy, which identified the Middle East as a key opportunity for the Group to continue its next phase. The Regional Sales Manager will play a critical role in building strong relationships with distributors to ensure effective product placement, promotion, and sales execution. More specifically, your duties will include:
Experience: 5 years within FMCG, with experience in building sales plans and executing with distributors in the Middle East. Substantial experience partnering and influencing commercial outcomes within an FMCG or manufacturing business.
Skills & Abilities: Ability to connect the dots and make decisions in a fast-moving global business environment. The fast pace and changing environment require operating both at a strategic and tactical level. Demonstrated influencing skills with the ability to work with marketing to coordinate plans with demand and supply.
Personal Traits: Someone who loves deep diving into work, a natural problem solver, and a lateral thinker who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
