Job summary

Kinetic Business Solutions is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across UAE, Pakistan and Bangladesh from Dubai. The role requires leading an established regional sales team and developing a robust growth plan.

You will travel approximately 50% of the time, build strong customer relationships, and collaborate with senior leadership on regional strategies. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in sales and 5+ years in chemical or related industries, with manufacturing sector

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales or commercial leadership experience.
• 5+ years in specialty chemicals, water treatment or related industry.
• Manufacturing industry experience is essential.
• Proven experience leading regional sales teams.
• Experience across UAE and wider South Asian markets preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively, ~50% of the time.
• Available for face-to-face interviews in the specified location.

A reputable and well-established Manufacturing company is actively recruiting a Regional Sales Manager for their team in Dubai. This position will cover the UAE, Pakistan and Bangladesh.

Applicants must have proven work experience in the country where the role is based. Candidates who have relocated within the last 12 months will not be considered.
