We are looking for a Regional Sales Assistant for our GCC office

Work Location : Abu Dhabi, UAE

Responsibilities:

  • Support the regional manager in managing sales operations and personnel in the assigned area.
  • Handle data processing tasks including data collection, analysis, and reporting to assist in decision-making processes.
  • Assist in preparing sales forecasts, plans, and strategies for the region, and track their implementation.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information within the region.
  • Assist in managing a portion of the region's stores, including personnel management, inventory control, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and other relevant information in the designated systems.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in data processing, analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Communication to be good in English and Arabic
  • Knowledge of sales processes, retail operations, and customer service principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Prior experience in sales or retail management is an advantage.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned region as required.
