The Role
The Regional Sales & Marketing Manager develops sales and markets products by establishing partnerships through direct and distribution channels. This role also involves conducting market research, generating product requirements, defining specifications for the assigned region, and coordinating with distribution centers and the pricing team.
The incumbent is responsible for developing marketing strategies, focusing on dealer channel management, and providing training to enhance competency. The goal is to increase customer share by offering the right product at the right price.
This position is based in the UAE, preferably Dubai, covering the regions of UAE, Oman, Yemen, and Kuwait.
This role reports to the Regional Business Line Manager - PTS.
Essential Job Functions
- Effectively sell PTS products and meet sales targets for the assigned regions.
- Identify customer needs and requirements through proactive market research.
- Conduct regular customer visits to dealers, distributors, key customers, and end-users.
- Assess market competitiveness through surveys and participate in strategic discussions.
- Increase customer share by selling competitively priced products with management support.
- Analyze market data by engaging with customers and reporting findings.
- Utilize CRM systems effectively to generate sales pipelines.
- Support digitalization initiatives and share knowledge with dealers and customers.
- Promote service as a business and sell targeted products, reporting monthly results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors, ensuring active territory coverage.
- Collaborate with the Equipment Sales Team to increase PTS sales volumes.
- Coordinate with the PTS Operations team to generate opportunities from operational cases.
- Manage special campaigns and record feedback.
- Update PGA files quarterly and develop action plans to boost sales.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and analyses for management.
- Provide regular updates on regional performance.
- Perform additional tasks as requested by the Line Manager.

Qualifications
- An engineering degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Proven experience in service and product support.
- Knowledge of compressors, lighting towers, generators, and handheld equipment.
