A Snapshot of Your Day

The role is responsible for developing and overseeing retail management strategies across the MENA region within our Mobile Experience Group. It focuses on retail fixture assessments, field force process development, and alignment with headquarters to enhance regional performance and drive sales growth.

How You Will Make an Impact?

  1. Develop and manage regional field force strategies to optimize performance and efficiency.
  2. Assess and improve retail fixture strategies to stay competitive across all channels.
  3. Create advocacy programs for multi-brand floor salesmen to enhance brand representation.
  4. Motivate promoters to increase sales and act as brand ambassadors for the Organisation.
  5. Analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior to identify key performance indicators.
  6. Conduct competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions on pricing, positioning, and promotions.
  7. Design and implement programs to enhance retail performance and distributor management.

What You’ll Need?

  1. Proven experience in retail strategic management with a focus on the MENA region.
  2. Strong analytical skills to translate sales and market share data into actionable insights.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power BI, Word, PowerPoint).
  4. Capability to analyze promotional effectiveness and its impact on sales.
  5. Familiarity with distributor management, stock management, and distributor motivation strategies.
