Job summary

Gig Gulf is seeking a Regional Regulatory Affairs Policy & Process Manager to lead the regulatory compliance framework across Health. You will advise senior leadership on UAE & GCC regulations, manage regulator interactions, and drive governance enhancements across operations.

The role emphasizes strategic risk management, regulatory reporting, and ongoing process improvements to ensure timely regulatory readiness and adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Healthcare Administration, Risk Management, or related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as ICA, CRCM, CAMS, Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit or governance qualifications preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, Governance, Risk, or Audit within UAE Health Insurance/Employee Benefits.
• Experience managing regulatory relationships with UAE regulatory authorities and knowledge of DHA, DOH, MOHAP, CBUAE.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Governance Leadership: design, implement, and enhance the regulatory compliance framework.
• Strategic Regulatory Advisory: provide expert guidance to senior management on complex regulatory matters.
• Regulatory Relationship Management: manage engagements with UAE regulators like DHA, DOH, MOHAP, CBUAE.
• Regulatory Change Management: assess and implement new/ amended regulatory requirements.
• Regulatory Risk Oversight: identify, assess, and monitor regulatory risks and mitigations.
• Licensing, Registration & Regulatory Reporting: oversee licensing, submissions, and reporting deadlines.
