Job summary

GIG Gulf in Dubai seeks a Regional Regulatory Affairs Policy & Process Manager to lead regulatory compliance across the Health Line of Business, aligning with UAE and GCC healthcare, insurance, and financial regulations.

You will manage complex regulatory initiatives, advise senior leadership, oversee regulator interactions, and drive governance, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Risk Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, Governance, Risk, or Audit within UAE Health Insurance and Employee Benefits industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE DHA, DOH, MOHAP, CBUAE and wider GCC regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and enhancement of the regulatory compliance framework, policies, standards, and procedures.
• Act as primary regulatory advisor for complex matters to senior management and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with UAE regulators (DHA, DOH, MOHAP, CBUAE) and GCC regulators.
