Qualifications

• University level or equivalent with 15+ years of work experience.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to present complex data clearly.
• Experience delivering training and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Analyse market size, competition, pricing and market dynamics across assigned countries.
• Develop local sales strategies and business plans with Area Sales and partners.
• Coordinate new product launches across Middle East markets for timely introduction.
• Drive product training for internal teams and distributors in the region.
• Set annual sales targets, budgets and monitor performance with corrective actions.
• Manage gross profit through promotions, tender pricing and special deals.
• Plan market development activities, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Report budgets, launches and performance to HQ and align regional needs.
