Qualifications

• University level or equivalent with 15+ years of work experience.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional appearance.
• Proficient in MS Office and business software.

Responsibilities

• Analyse market size, competition, pricing and market dynamics across assigned countries.
• Develop regional marketing and sales action plans with Area Sales and partners.
• Define product pricing and positioning based on market insights.
• Coordinate new product launches across Middle East markets.
• Deliver product training for internal teams and distributors.
• Develop annual sales targets and marketing budgets in collaboration with Area Sales.
