Job summary

Americana Restaurants seeks a Factory Director to lead its poultry marination and vegetable processing network across the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, KSA and Egypt. You will drive safety, quality, cost, and service while delivering capital projects, capacity expansion and new facility startups.

You will manage factory leaders, align cross-functional teams, and instill a factory-first culture focused on continuous improvement, lean principles and reliable supply to restaurants and distributors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in food manufacturing, including poultry/meat processing
• Minimum 8 years in a senior manufacturing leadership role overseeing multiple factories
• Experience leading design, build, commissioning and start-up of a new food facility
• Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site manufacturing leadership across UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, KSA and Egypt.
• Oversee safety, quality, delivery, cost and continuous improvement initiatives across all locations.
• Drive capital projects, capacity planning and factory development from concept to handover.
• Build a high-performance culture with strong leadership development and succession planning
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP and food safety standards across sites
