Job summary

Americana Restaurants is seeking a Factory Director to lead the poultry marination and vegetable processing network across UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, KSA and Egypt. The role combines strategic direction with hands-on leadership to deliver safe, high-quality products while optimizing cost and ensuring reliable supply.

The position requires deep meat and poultry manufacturing expertise, a track record of managing multiple factories, and experience in starting up new facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in food manufacturing, including poultry/meat processing.
• 8+ years in senior manufacturing leadership handling multiple factories or regional networks.
• Hands-on experience designing, building, commissioning and startup of new facilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site manufacturing for UAE region with clear priorities and KPIs.
• Ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance across all sites.
• Drive operational performance, cost optimization and continuous improvement across network.
• Develop and lead capital projects including factory development and expansion.
• Mentor and build capability of factory managers and functional leaders.
