Job summary

• Lead the Floor & Operations: manage the butchery unit, meat processing, packaging, and storage while directing the warehouse team.
• Commercial Analysis & Inventory: monitor stock on hand, audit goods received, minimize wastage, and analyze costs to boost profitability.
• Workflow Optimization: coordinate shipping/receiving, optimize space, and maintain equipment and facilities.
