Job summary

Al Rostamani Group's United Diesel division seeks a results-driven Product Support and Export Lead to drive the PSSR team across Africa and GCC. You will nurture key customer relationships, promote service contracts and parts, and expand new channels in international markets.

Responsibilities include exporting parts lifecycle, OEM strategy, and ZF parts promotion in UAE and the region, with travel across the Gulf and Africa. A relevant engineering or business background is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, International Business, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in product support, international parts export, and team leadership (PSSR or similar).
• Experience in opening new international markets and establishing long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and mentor the PSSR team to align with sales goals and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement a structured PSSR training and development plan to enhance technical and sales capabilities.
• Identify new business opportunities, promote service contracts, maintenance packages, and parts.
• Monitor and support field activities to ensure effective customer engagement and solution-based selling.
• Maintain and grow strategic relationships with key customers, ensuring high retention and satisfaction.
• Open new sales channels with potential clients and distributors in Africa and GCC countries.
• Manage the complete parts export lifecycle: order processing, documentation, shipping, compliance, and customer follow-up.
• Develop new international markets, identifying opportunities to expand the company’s footprint and product presence.
• Implement and drive the OEM parts strategy across the UAE, working closely with OEM partners and local customers.
• Lead and manage the movement and promotion of ZF parts across the region, ensuring optimal stock levels and availability.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to launch targeted campaigns for service and parts offerings.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to continuously improve offerings and strategies.
