Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Research and identify new business opportunities and growth areas
• Visit prospective customers to present samples, catalogs, and pricing
• Develop and respond to proposals for customer requirements
• Collaborate with technical teams to promote products and provide sales support
• Establish account plans with customers for value creation and execution
• Keep informed on industry trends, products and competitors
• Negotiate prices or terms and secure orders or renewals
• Open new customer accounts and manage administrative requirements
• Improve sales and profitability through dealer networks and volume growth
• Advise dealers on policies and operating procedures
• Inform customers of delivery schedules, warranties, and contracts
• Provide regular sales status reports to the Sales Manager
• Feedback market conditions to shape sales strategies
• Assist credit control in resolving customer disputes
• Comply with QMS requirements
