We are seeking a strategic and commercially minded professional to join our team as a Regional Origination & Business Development Specialist for Oceania. This pivotal role will drive business growth and partnership initiatives, overseeing the expansion of key collaborations into formalized structures. You will play a crucial role in enhancing value for stakeholders by optimizing innovative business models and leveraging regional distribution networks across Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA or postgraduate degree from a top-tier institute (preferably in Finance or General Management).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Metals & Mining, Steel, or related base industries.
• Proven track record in business development and deal structuring.
• Strong commercial acumen with expertise in crafting business cases and conducting economic and financial evaluations.
• In-depth knowledge of mining and metallurgy processes, commodity market dynamics, and steel industry decarbonization challenges.
• Exceptional analytical, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Chinese is a strong advantage.
