Regional Operations Manager - Mandarin Speaking

We are looking for a Mandarin Speaking Regional Operations Manager to oversee the performance and efficiency of express delivery service points within the assigned region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring service quality, cost control, operational standardization, and managing a diverse blue-collar workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure operational quality and compliance across regional delivery service points, addressing any issues proactively.
2. Monitor cost performance and implement effective cost-reduction initiatives to improve efficiency.
3. Enforce standardized operating procedures to minimize penalties and enhance service consistency.
4. Manage and oversee the foreign blue-collar workforce within the regional delivery network.
5. Drive the execution of key operational initiatives and support business objectives within the region.

Minimum Requirements:

1. 6+ years of experience in the express delivery or logistics industry, including 2+ years in team management and 1-3 years of experience managing an overseas blue-collar workforce.
2. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
3. Excellent analytical and logical thinking abilities.
4. Proficiency in Excel and other office software.
