Job Overview:

The Regional Officer/Manager will serve as a vital link between branches, franchisees, channel partners, and the headquarters, ensuring student needs are met with consistent quality that upholds KC Overseas’s reputation. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Field Office Management and Student Conversions: Oversee the process from student walk-ins to conversions across all field offices (branches, franchisees, channel partners) within the assigned region. Achieve specific student conversion targets. Understand and implement SOPs for each office. Travel extensively to generate student business and establish new channel partnerships.
  • Process Efficiency: Conduct regular reviews to identify and resolve bottlenecks, ensuring service quality and speed. Train staff in relevant knowledge and SOPs.
  • Coordination with Business Units: Collaborate with HO to support field offices and liaise with SMEs to equip offices with necessary knowledge.
  • Regional Marketing Activity: Plan and execute marketing initiatives with HO, providing ground support and tailoring strategies to regional needs.
