Job summary

Tradeweb seeks a Compliance Officer in Dubai to advise regional leadership on regulatory obligations and lead regulatory filings with authorities such as DFSA and CMA. You will oversee AML, risk assessments, and policy implementation while collaborating with global teams to strengthen controls across the Middle East region.

The role requires senior financial services compliance experience, deep capital markets knowledge, and the ability to operate independently in Dubai within a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Senior financial services compliance experience in brokerage, securities trading, or electronic trading platforms.
• Strong knowledge of capital markets and trading venue regulation.
• Direct experience with DFSA and/or Saudi CMA, including regulatory engagement and filings.

Responsibilities

• Manage regulatory and financial crime risks across regional operations and advise senior stakeholders.
• Oversee regional AML obligations, including customer due diligence and policy updates.
• Support new product development by advising on regulatory requirements and filings.
• Maintain relationships with regulators and contribute to governance frameworks.
• Monitor operations for compliance risks and implement corrective actions.
• Improve policies and procedures to ensure regional consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver the international compliance program.
