Regional Marketing Manager MEA

Our client is a global multinational looking to grow their team in Dubai and hire a Regional Marketing Manager MEA to lead strategic marketing efforts across the MEA (Middle East & Africa) region.

Job Description

1. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with business objectives across multiple platforms and regions.
2. Conduct installed base analysis to identify opportunities that enhance customer loyalty, retention, and share of wallet.
3. Prepare and deliver engaging, informative marketing content tailored to regional audiences.
4. Develop and implement product pricing strategies and commercial structures.
5. Lead the planning and execution of impactful campaigns, conferences, and workshops to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
6. Manage and optimize the regional marketing budget.
7. Analyze the performance of all marketing activities, using data to drive future improvements.
8. Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns, including digital marketing efforts.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global counterparts to implement regional product portfolio strategies.
10. Conduct market screening and research to support new product launches and identify growth opportunities.

Ideal Candidate

1. 10+ years of marketing experience in the medical devices industry, with a strong preference for those with exposure to surgical lasers, endoscopy, robotics, or related surgical technologies.
2. In-depth knowledge of the Middle East market, with reasonable exposure to African markets.
3. Proven success in driving market expansion, product launches, and brand development.
4. Strong understanding of marketing strategies, branding, and multi-channel campaign execution.
5. Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
6. Arabic speaker is essential; French is a plus.
7. Business fluency in English.
