Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Regional Marketing Manager to lead marketing execution across the Middle East and Asia regions. This role is responsible for developing and delivering integrated regional marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and qualified lead generation while ensuring MQL-to-SQL (Opportunity) conversion through strong sales alignment and lead nurturing.
You will work closely with regional sales leaders, global marketing teams, and external partners to execute campaigns, manage events, optimize the regional funnel, and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
This position will be based in Dubai in our DAFZA office and will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) based in Sydney, Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Regional Strategy & Planning
- Develop and own the regional marketing strategy aligned with commercial goals
- Localize global campaigns and messaging for regional relevance
- Create audience-specific programs targeting food manufacturing sectors (e.g., snacks, confectionery) - Campaign Execution & Demand Generation
- Plan and execute digital and offline campaigns focused on generating high-quality MQLs
- Collaborate with content, digital, and global teams to deliver region-specific assets
- Continuously monitor and improve campaign performance using A/B testing and insights - MQL-to-SQL (Opportunity) Conversion
- Take end-to-end ownership of the lead lifecycle from MQL generation to Opportunity creation
- Develop lead nurturing workflows, scoring models, and conversion tactics
- Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads and support opportunity handover
- Track conversion metrics and optimize based on insights - Field Marketing & Events
- Lead regional tradeshows, roadshows, customer dinners, and webinars
- Build event strategies that accelerate pipeline and deepen customer relationships
- Ensure all events are measurable and ROI-driven - Sales & Partner Enablement
- Provide the sales team with tools, collateral, presentations, and campaigns
- Support key accounts or target segments in the region
- Act as the marketing liaison for regional business units and stakeholders - Analytics, Reporting & Budget
- Use CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) and reporting tools to track campaign performance and lead quality
- Present regional marketing performance reports, KPIs, and ROI to the CMO
- Manage regional marketing budgets and resource allocation effectively
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- 8-12 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in capital equipment, industrial automation, or the food industry
- Proven track record in demand generation, campaign execution, and field marketing
- Strong experience in lead management and conversion from MQL to SQL/Opportunities
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills across commercial and technical teams
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and marketing automation platforms
- Strong data orientation with the ability to translate metrics into actions
- Willingness to travel up to 20% across the region
- Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a plus
