Key Responsibilities:
- Project Sourcing: Identify and pursue relevant project opportunities across luxury homes, hotels, and large-scale developments in the region.
- Business Development: Leverage industry connections to uncover new opportunities, and secure tenders for significant projects.
- Tender Management: Oversee the submission of accurate and timely proposals, ensuring they meet client needs and project specifications.
- Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their specific carpet requirements, offering tailored solutions and maintaining strong, ongoing relationships.
- Collaboration with Design Teams: Partner with interior designers and architects to ensure our products meet both aesthetic and functional needs for each project.
- Technical Planning: Use AutoCAD to design carpet layouts, providing technical expertise for installation and integration.
