Job summary

Quest Resources Limited in Dubai is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineering Manager to lead standardization and drive value across the MEA region. You will implement best practice maintenance processes, liaise with the Lean Enterprise, manage improvement projects to cut costs and raise efficiency, and provide strong leadership to the regional engineering teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Engineering (MBA preferred), 4–5 years in a leadership role, fluent English, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; MBA would be an advantage.
• 4-5 years of engineering leadership experience.
• Proficient in MS Office; Six Sigma project experience is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; Arabic and French would be an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage the standardization of the maintenance engineering throughout the MEA region in coordination with the Regional Operations Team.
• Implement best practice maintenance engineering processes/standards across the region.
• Liaise with the Lean Enterprise to drive improvements in the engineering process.
• Oversee the management of improvement projects to reduce costs and increase the process efficiency.
