Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Project Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, business operations, or related fields, with cross-functional project experience.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities in a multicultural, international environment.
• Fluency in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Drive planning and execution of key projects aligned with Middle East strategy and objectives.
• Track KPIs, identify trends, risks, and provide decision support to management.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Product, Finance, HR and other functions to ensure timely delivery.
• Promote process standardization and digitalization to improve efficiency.
• Follow up on management initiatives and translate decisions into actions.
