  • Coach and manage regional TA Executives
  • Collaborate with HRBPs, COEs, and Country HR teams

Your Profile

Level of Education and Language :

  • Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in French Language is a plus

Level of Experience and Skills :

  • 8–12 years in Talent Acquisition,
  • 2–3 years in HR Operations / shared services
  • 2-3 years at least as a team leader
  • Regional experience preferred
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and HR tech expertise
