  • Support tech-driven process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal audit standards.
  • Coach and manage regional TA Executives.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs, COEs, and Country HR teams.
Your Mission

Your Profile
Level of Education and Language
  • Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in French is a plus.
Level of Experience and Skills
  • 8-12 years in Talent Acquisition.
  • 2-3 years in HR Operations/shared services.
  • At least 2-3 years as a team leader.
  • Regional experience preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and HR tech expertise.
