The Senior HR Generalist / HR Manager will play a critical role in managing a wide range of HR functions to support the business in achieving its objectives. This role provides expert guidance on employee relations, recruitment, HR operations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. It will also act as a strategic partner to business leaders, ensuring HR practices align with organizational goals and foster a positive, productive work environment.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team during peak hiring periods.
  • Lead or contribute to HR projects and change management initiatives aimed at improving processes, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Develop and ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, regularly update HR procedures, and provide training to managers and employees on compliance matters.
  • Collaborate with managers on goal setting, performance appraisals, and continuous feedback, identifying development opportunities and promoting a culture of growth and learning.
  • Support the development and administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and renewals.
  • Oversee HR operations such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, contract renewals, and HRIS management, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality.
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries and relations, handling conflicts, grievances, and workplace investigations while ensuring legal and policy compliance.
  • Work with department heads to create strategic hiring plans and support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Project management experience.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with diverse workforces.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong understanding of local employment laws, labor regulations, and HR best practices.
  • 8+ years of experience in a senior generalist HR role, with hands-on recruitment, HR framework development, and HR operations experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
