Overview

We are now seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regional HR Manager to join our Middle East regional team, based in Dubai. This is a key role supporting the Regional HR Director in delivering consistent, high-quality HR practice across the Middle East. You will provide operational and strategic HR guidance to schools, ensure compliance with local labour law, lead regional HR projects, and act as a trusted partner to school leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with school HR Managers to ensure consistency of policies and processes.
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding for senior and specialist roles.
  • Provide advice on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
  • Drive regional HR initiatives such as Emiratisation, safeguarding compliance, and workforce planning.
  • Support HRIS and data integrity projects to improve reporting and insight.
  • Contribute to salary benchmarking, benefits harmonisation, and budget planning.
  • Act as first point of contact for regional HR queries and escalations.
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong generalist HR background, ideally within education or international organisations.
  • Sound knowledge of UAE and regional labour laws.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Data-driven and analytical approach, with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in HR projects, policy development, and process improvement.
