Role Purpose

To lead the implementation and compliance of global HR SOPs and optimize HR operations across EMEA and APAC. This role ensures consistent application of HR procedures, identifies inefficiencies in regional HR processes, and drives operational improvements to enhance service delivery and regulatory compliance across diverse jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure regional adherence to global HR SOPs and compliance standards
  • Build tools, templates, and routines to operationalize SOPs across EMEA and APAC
  • Conduct regular audits and spot checks to validate compliance and procedural consistency
  • Partner with local HR and Global People Services to map, monitor, and streamline HR workflows
  • Analyze inefficiencies in people operations and lead continuous improvement initiatives
  • Monitor and report operational HR metrics such as process cycle times, compliance incidents, and service delivery accuracy
  • Support internal controls around hiring, onboarding, payroll inputs, and performance cycles
  • Act as regional lead for HR compliance, advising local managers on legal and procedural risks
  • Coordinate with legal counsel or internal audit where local employment legislation intersects with global policy
  • Ensure readiness for M&A integrations by aligning local practices with global operational standards

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of HR experience with a focus on HR process standardization or HR operations
  • Experience working across EMEA and/or APAC jurisdictions with understanding of labor law complexity
  • Background in implementing and auditing HR processes or programs
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Proven track record in driving operational improvements and managing change
  • Experience in professional services or globally distributed service teams is a plus
