How will you make a difference to PMI?

PMI is seeking a Regional Head of Marketing responsible for leading the development and execution of regional marketing strategies aligned with regional needs. The role includes managing resources for marketing campaigns to achieve regional goals and leading the regional marketing team.

What You’ll Bring To The Role

  • Develop regional action plans supporting country-level initiatives in line with PMI global strategies.
  • Support product launches and events to ensure successful market integration.
  • Create, implement, and oversee marketing and communication plans for the region.
  • Evaluate campaign and event performance, propose improvements, and share learnings across regions.
  • Identify and help implement process improvements.
  • Represent the region in marketing strategy sessions, agency briefings, and campaign development.
  • Assist the MD with progress and budget reports.
  • Build relationships with key media in the region.
  • Communicate PMI’s regional marketing plans and campaigns to stakeholders and promote the PMI brand.
  • Must have proven experience leading teams across MENA, especially GCC, Egypt, and Levant.

Role Qualifications

  • Fluent in Arabic.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7-10 years of marketing leadership experience.
  • Ability to develop high-level marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of technical, financial, and operational aspects.
  • Successful vendor management experience.
  • Effective collaboration skills with internal and external partners.
  • Knowledge of marketing tools and techniques applicable in an association environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
