Job summary

Wood is seeking a Regional Head of Contracts - MEAC to lead a diverse portfolio across the Middle East, Caspian and Africa. You will manage contract review workloads, advise stakeholders, and drive best-practice contract management while minimizing risk.

You will lead a team of contract professionals across multiple locations, strengthening relationships and acting as a trusted advisor on contract law, governance and strategy.

Qualifications

• Degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, or Business.
• Line management experience across international locations.
• Extensive contract review, drafting and negotiation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional Contracts team and coordinate priorities.
• Oversee client contract reviews per contracting policy.
• Advise on contract negotiations and risk balancing.
• Manage JV/Partnering agreements and procurement docs.
• Drive continuous improvement of CLM and governance.
