ACCEL HUMAN RESOURCE CONSULTANTS is seeking a Senior Executive - Legal to support the MEA region's legal, privacy and compliance functions. The role covers drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and assisting with regulatory matters.

You will coordinate with internal teams, monitor regulatory developments, and work with external counsel on disputes, ensuring privacy and data protection obligations are met across the region.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in law (LLB) or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of relevant legal experience in commercial/corporate matters.
• Exposure to privacy and compliance matters is preferred.
• Experience supporting multi-country or regional MEA operations is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Draft, review, and coordinate commercial contracts including NDAs and vendor agreements.
• Provide day-to-day legal support on routine contractual and operational matters.
• Identify legal and contractual risks and highlight issues requiring attention.
• Coordinate with external counsel on litigation, disputes, and specialized matters.
