Job Description

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for the assigned country/region to achieve the company's international marketing goals and objectives.
2. Achieve top-line targets from the international market.
3. Perform market analysis, competitive positioning, and long-term planning to achieve the desired revenue and market share.
4. Oversee the country’s/regional operations budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to ensure cost efficiency and profitability by achieving sales targets.
5. Identify and pursue opportunities for business expansion and growth by developing new customers and increasing the number of exporting products.
6. Identify and finalize new products for registration based on market potential.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 10 years of pharmaceutical business development or export experience for Country Manager & 15-20 years for Regional Head position.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical business development & regulations, pharma export & international sales in the mentioned region.
