Job summary

International Schools Partnership is seeking an experienced Regional FP&A Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive insights and opportunities for growth and efficiency.

You will develop financial models, monitor KPIs, and support monthly reporting while using Power BI to visualise data. English is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage. ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with relevant degree.
• Strong financial modelling and forecasting skills.
• Experience with KPI analysis and variance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning.
• Analyse financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain financial models for scenario analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business drivers and impacts.
• Monitor KPIs and perform variance analysis against budgets.
• Assist month-end and quarter-end reporting with revenue reconciliation.
