Job summary

Shapoorji Pallonji & Company Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Supply Chain Officer based in the UAE to coordinate end-to-end procurement, logistics and distribution for its Saudi Arabia market, with regular travel from the UAE head office.

The role requires 2–3 years in supply chain coordination, hands-on imports, inventory planning and ERP experience (SAP or MS Dynamics). Familiarity with Saudi import regulations is a plus, and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of supply chain coordination experience, ideally in QSR, restaurant or FMCG.
• Hands-on experience with imports, inventory management and demand forecasting.
• Experience coordinating with warehouse operations and third-party vendors.
• Bachelor's degree; supply chain or logistics certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day procurement, logistics and distribution across food and non-food categories.
• Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders and vendor documentation.
• Support demand forecasting, inventory planning and replenishment.
• Coordinate with 3PL partners on inbound/outbound operations and customs clearance.
• Conduct inventory audits and ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance.
• Prepare supply chain reports and KPI dashboards for management review.
