What's the Role?

We are looking for a Regional Business Developer-NEOM to increase Hilti Specifications by systematically developing Consultants and Developers. This involves specifying Hilti in Project Specifications and Vendor Lists to secure future business and increase project potential.

What does the role involve?

You will develop strategic customers such as Consultants and Developers across the UAE and KSA. Responsibilities include presenting Hilti solutions for Specifiable products and Engineering software to influence Project Specifications and vendor lists for NEOM's engineering products and services.

What you need is:

• A Bachelor’s degree in civil, Structural, or Mechanical engineering; a Master’s degree is a plus
• Sales-oriented with experience in technical engineering
• Previous experience as a Specification Engineer
• At least 2 years’ experience in the construction field
• Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic or Urdu is a plus
• Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Solution-oriented mindset, with a drive to meet and exceed goals
• Willingness to travel frequently to KSA
